Hello everybody.
Browsing the different folders in here, I noticed something on the name of one of them that caught my attention.
As a personal opinion, I consider it a mistake to call "tarantulas" to those big, hairy tropical spiders, even if "tarantula" is such a widespread use worldwide.
We all know the feeling of fear (or at least gloom) that the name "tarantula" evokes all over the world, but to me, the REAL tarantula is the Lycosa tarentula from Europe, for obvious reasons (just look at her name...).
There cannot be two tarantulas, and so different from each other, with the same name, so maybe those large spiders deserve another name. Which one, I am not sure, but for sure that to me no way are they tarantulas...
Greetings.
